Support during the newborn period should feel steady, thoughtful, and appropriately scaled to a family's needs.
I offer care at different levels of involvement—from educational support to full-service newborn care, all rooted in the same philosophy: nervous system-first care, attuned presence, and sustainable rhythms.
Each offering is designed to support both baby and parents during this specific season.

Full-service newborn care is designed for families who want experienced, hands-on care in their home during early weeks with a provider who is present, observant, and deeply attuned.
Care is individualized and responsive, with attention to:
• Newborn regulation and cues
• Sleep foundations and overnight rhythms
• Feeding patterns and digestion
• Sensory environment and stimulation
• Parental recovery and capacity
While I take a lead role in caring for the baby, I remain attentive to the household as whole-- stepping in when needed and stepping back to allow parents to engage, observe and lead when they are ready.
This level of care is intentionally limited and offered by contract.
Hybrid Support combines short-term in-home care with ongoing remote guidance.
This option is well-suited for families who want hands-on support at the beginning, followed by continued guidance as they transition into more independence. It allows for continuity, attunement and real-time adjustments as rhythms develop.
Hybrid support may include:
This is guided support-- not monitoring or supervision, designed to empower families while maintaining steadiness and clarity.
Educational support is available for parents who want grounded, thoughtful guidance without in-home care. These offerings focus on helping parents understand newborn cues, regulation, and early rhythms-- reducing anxiety and increasing confidents during the early weeks.
Educational resources are designed to complement, not replace, professional care and are best suited for families seeking clarity, reassurance, and a calmer framework for understanding their baby.
There is no single "right" way to receive support after birth.
Some families benefit most from comprehensive, hands-on baby care, while others prefer guidance that allows them to remain closely involved from the beginning. What matters is alignment between the family's needs, values, and the level of support provided.
During the inquiry process, I help families determine which option best fits their situation and season.
The postpartum period is not meant to be navigated alone.
My role is not to replace a parent's intuition regarding baby care, but to support it, steady it, and help it grow.
During the intake process, I work closely with families to determine which level of care best fits their needs, values, and season of life.
I work with a limited number of families at a time to ensure depth, presence, and continuity of baby care.
